How can I know what problem with my registry mechanic Program?

there is a problem occured that`s why the program not work like it should be the program will be closed u will get a message when there is a solution avalable.

1) OS : you might have installed this software of another O.S. on your PC.

Operating System: Microsoft Windows® 7 (32bit, 64bit), Windows Vista® SP1+ (32bit, 64bit), Windows XP® SP2+ (32bit)

2) Trial version might have expired.

Trial Limitations: The trial is time unlimited and removes problems found in 5 sections of the registry only. A registered version is required to remove all detected problems.
